Shipping Policy

When will my order ship?

We ship most items within 2-3 business days. You will get an email notification with your tracking information once your order is on its way. Note we may choose to split your order into several packages, and those may be shipped on separate days. In that case, you will not be charged extra for additional shipments.


Rarely, if an item is no longer in stock, it may be removed from your order before shipping. You will get an email to let you know if this happens. Of course, we will not charge you for these items.


How can I check the status of my order?

You will get an email with your tracking number and estimated delivery date once your order ships. Note it may take the shipping company 24-48 hours to update your shipping information.


Why are items in my order shipped in separate packages?

Usually, we try to have all your items shipped together. Despite that, we may choose to split your order to ensure you get it sooner. If that happens, you'll get a separate tracking number for every package. Don't worry - even if we send multiple packages, we'll never charge you more than the shipping cost you saw during checkout.


What does it mean when an item is back-ordered?

Back-ordered items are out-of-stock items that are expected to be back soon. When you order a back-ordered item, you essentially reserve it in the size and color you want. You won't be charged for it until it ships, as soon as it's back in stock.


As you order, you should be able to see your item's estimated shipping date on the product page and during checkout. Once your order is placed, you'll get the estimated shipping date via email. We'll keep you posted and let you know if these dates change.


When will my item ship?

If the item you ordered is temporarily out of stock (a back-ordered item), you'll see the estimated shipping date on the product page and in your shopping bag. We'll keep you posted and let you know if this date changes.


Will I have to pay an additional shipping fee for back-ordered items?

No. You won't be charged anything else for shipping or back-orders, even if some items are shipped separately.


Can I change my mind and cancel my back-ordered items?

Yes. If you no longer want to wait for your back-ordered items, we can help you remove them from your order. Please get in touch through this form, and one of our customer service experts will get back to you soon.
