We offer free returns and exchanges for merchandise within 30 days of delivery in its original, new and also merchandise should can be sell again.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags still attached.
We recommend trying shoes on inside to keep their original condition. Shoe boxes are an important part of the Product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes and extra laces.
Products purchased in-store must be returned in-store. Products purchased online must be returned through our website.

At this time, we do not offer gift return options or exchanges, and are unable to provide prepaid return labels for orders returned from outside of the United States. International customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from our facility. All exchanges are subject to Product availability. We reserve the right to provide a refund in place of an exchange in all circumstances.
